Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize web application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and best practices to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Strong proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in UI/UX implementation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment.
