Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality data inputs for reporting.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for future reference and team onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Virginia or commute from Pennsylvania.
