In this role, you will serve as a key partner to business stakeholders, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work with cutting-edge tools to optimize our data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business growth.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Reporting Strategy: Develop and maintain regular reporting frameworks that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical expertise.
- Data Governance: Assist in maintaining data quality standards and documentation for data processes and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and persuasive business recommendations.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area (relocation assistance provided).
