The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and present your findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
