Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data stories clearly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/ monthly reports to track business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Forecasting: Utilize statistical modeling to predict future trends and support strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and A/B testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
