Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting and automated data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear written reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
