Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the business.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to translate data insights into strategic action plans.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and CRM systems.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
