Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate technical data findings into actionable business insights.
- Create comprehensive executive summaries and presentations to communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve system performance and reporting speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and managing large datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
