Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business trends, uncover growth opportunities, and solve complex problems.
- Perform deep statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates based in or willing to work in the Milwaukee, WI area.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
