Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, build reporting infrastructure, and automate manual processes.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data collection and modeling processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
