Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs.
- Write clean, efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
