Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous cleaning, validation, and testing processes.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise, and visually compelling reports.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
