Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive decision-making processes for the executive team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
