Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using advanced SQL and Python scripting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive data requirements and analytical models.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making, forecast trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executives, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify data quality issues and implement processes to improve data integrity and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced) and Python (Pandas/NumPy preferred). Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex data problems and derive logical conclusions from noisy datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
