As a Data Analyst in our weekend team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and generating actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategy.
- Prepare and present data reports for the weekend leadership team and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain and optimize existing databases and reporting dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ensure data integrity and perform quality assurance checks on all incoming data.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Previous experience or willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
- Relocation assistance available for candidates moving from Tampa, FL or surrounding areas.
