Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and databases to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Partner with the New York and Virginia Beach teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a weekend shift environment and handle remote collaboration.
