Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices (e.g., SOLID principles).
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing applications to ensure high availability and speed.
- Testing & QA: Participate in code reviews, conduct unit and integration testing, and ensure software reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote-Ready: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
