Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance to handle 10M+ daily transactions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define technical roadmaps
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and security protocols
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of building high-availability systems
- Strong background in database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
