We are looking for a Data Analyst with a knack for uncovering insights from complex datasets. This position offers a unique Weekend Shift schedule with full Remote Options, allowing you to balance your work-life while contributing to critical business intelligence projects based in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data extraction.
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven reports for management on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or T-SQL).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday or Sunday).
