Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to present findings clearly.
- Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and querying databases using SQL to retrieve necessary datasets efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
