Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present complex findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Optimize database structures and data collection methodologies
- Maintain documentation of data processes and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time-series)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
