Apex Analytics Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our weekend reporting operations and provide critical insights that drive business strategy. We offer Relocation Assistance for candidates moving from Virginia or other regions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business intelligence. You will work primarily during the weekend shift to support our high-volume data processing needs, ensuring our stakeholders have accurate, real-time data throughout the week.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze trends and patterns in data to provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Cleveland and Virginia to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems, focusing on weekend batch processing cycles.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for data analysts and engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
