Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Equity Reporting: Assist in the calculation and reporting of employee performance metrics relevant to our equity compensation structure.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal security protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support strategic decision-making for upcoming quarters.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Programming: Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift schedule.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
