Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis on weekend-specific metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data collection requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines and queries to improve system performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Must be available to work a dedicated weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
