Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems during off-peak hours.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks to increase efficiency and save time for the team.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on reporting or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and visualization tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
