Responsibilities
- Weekend Data Integrity: Oversee and execute complex data cleansing and validation tasks on weekends to ensure the accuracy of our weekly reporting cycles.
- Advanced SQL & ETL: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support real-time analytics and data warehousing.
- Visual Analytics & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify emerging market trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- System Optimization: Monitor data systems for anomalies and propose technical solutions to improve data processing speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with specific experience in weekend or shift-based reporting roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high data quality standards.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of the core operations team.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive insights from unstructured data sets.
