Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for weekend reporting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards (using Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data, perform joins, and manipulate large datasets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to help optimize business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data.
