Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support weekend operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into actionable metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, VBA).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
