Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and policy evaluation.
- Create clear, concise documentation and data models for the data engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract and process data from various sources to support strategic initiatives.
- Visualization: Design compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- SQL Optimization: Write efficient, complex SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience working with government or public sector data is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills are essential.
