What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support daily business operations.
- Develop interactive and intuitive Tableau dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Policy) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present analytical findings in clear, compelling, and non-technical formats to diverse audiences.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics, machine learning, and visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) including complex joins, window functions, and stored procedures.
- Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI for creating high-impact visualizations.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence decision-making.
