Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate key metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling reports summarizing findings and recommending actionable steps.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
