Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business questions and translate them into analytical models.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
