Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Report Generation: Create detailed weekly and monthly reports that provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data reporting and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
