Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop complex statistical models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Perform root cause analysis on business issues using data-driven approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to improve reporting capabilities.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple, strategic business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
