Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and maintain complex data models, databases, and data pipelines to support business intelligence.
- Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, answer business questions, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform complex SQL queries and data cleaning to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to leadership regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
