Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track real-time metrics.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python or R for statistical analysis and scripting.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
