Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Create comprehensive data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling solutions
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize existing analytical workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience in data manipulation libraries
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Data Lake) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
