Your Role
In this role, you will be the bridge between our raw data and strategic decision-making. You will own the data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating technical findings into non-technical business insights for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to save time and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
