Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data stories
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with healthcare data or HIPAA compliance preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in urgent situations
