Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders in an understandable format.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and summaries that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within our data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
