Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data extraction.
- Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy) to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and drive data-driven strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
