Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into data models.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis to support decision-making processes across the organization.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
