Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and optimize performance.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by cleaning, transforming, and modeling large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Communicate findings through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries to non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
