Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and implement robust data models and pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives and analytics.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product performance, user engagement, and market trends.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data integrity and implement processes to ensure high-quality data governance and compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical queries.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through data-driven insights.
