Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover trends and patterns affecting business performance.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes and ETL workflow optimization.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a compelling and understandable manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
