Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through advanced SQL querying and data modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Produce weekly and monthly analytical reports that guide executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
