Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and implement interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
- Present insights to C-level executives through compelling visualizations
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Maintain data integrity across multiple cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
