Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Design and implement complex analytical models to solve business problems and support strategic decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and trends.
- SQL & Data Extraction: Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Statistical Reporting: Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner to drive business action.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Lexington, KY.
