Responsibilities
- Transform complex, high-volume datasets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity.
- Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present findings to executive leadership in a compelling and accessible manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
