Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, scrub, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python scripts.
- Visualize Insights: Create interactive, high-quality dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Report Generation: Produce regular, high-level reports for executive stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Database Management: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize database structures and query performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/AWS Redshift).
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, curious, and able to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
